The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
All reservations at Hotel Ester are subject to the applicable cancellation policy of the rate booked. Failure to check-in on the confirmed arrival date will result in a no-show charge, as specified in the selected rate.
Guests who choose to shorten their stay or check-out earlier than scheduled may incur applicable charges based on the booked rate’s terms and conditions.
Hotel Ester reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of invalid payment details, suspected fraudulent activity, or booking errors. Reservations may also be adjusted or canceled if they do not comply with the hotel’s terms and conditions.
Guests are required to provide proof of payment within 48 hours of booking and must indicate their reservation confirmation number. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the guest.
